Enrollment Pre-Requirements

• Applicant must pass both Drug Screening and DOT physical check-up.

• Applicant must obtain a CDL Temporary Driver Permit from BMV.

• Applicant must have 2 years driver license. Applicant who is between 18 to 21 years old must have at least one pre-hire letter from a trucking company.

• Applicant must have a clean BMV driver abstract/driving record.
