APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY

Applicant is eligible to apply if he/she:

Is a US citizen or Permanent Resident and

  • Must be of the age 21 years old and above and possess 2 years valid driver license

or

  • Must be of the age 18 years old or above and possess 2 years valid driver license and has at least one pre-hire letter from a trucking company

Is a self-pay or private institution/company-sponsored candidate

DOES NOT involve with any of the controlled substances such as Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates, Amphetamines, PCP and DOES NOT has a problem with alcohol

HAVE NEVER committed any DUI offense within the last 3 years
